At JMM Health Solutions, we address pelvic floor concerns spanning the full spectrum of reproduction, from puberty to menopause,
but specifically, from preconception through birth and the postpartum period.
This may include, pelvic pain, bladder or bowel leaking, prolapse, or even training programs for fitness or
higher level athletic populations

Sexual Health

We address issues that impact intimacy for both males and females. This may include issues related to pain, vaginismus, pudendal neuralgia, erectile dysfunction and so on. Often times, individuals may not only be dealing with physical concerns and these clients are especially great for our sex coaching programs.

Other Conditions We Treat Include

Incontinence, constipation and other pelvic floor dysfunctions can prevent you from being present with the people you care about and add unnecessary obstacles to your daily life. Many of our clients come in because they are tired of having to wear protection on a daily basis constantly having to worry about the what if’s. What’s even more heartbreaking is they are told all too regularly that these experiences are “normal” because of their age or recent birth experiences. The reality is, common is not the same as normal, and bowel and bladder issues don’t have to be your new normal.

IC and Painful Bladder Syndrome can feel like navigating a constant battle. The discomfort and disruptions these conditions bring often extend far beyond the physical realm, impacting your emotional well-being and hindering your ability to engage in life fully. I understand that the relentless discomfort associated with IC or painful bladder syndrome can permeate every aspect of your life, from social interactions to intimate relationships. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan aimed not just at alleviating symptoms but at helping you regain control and pursue your goals without the burden of chronic discomfort. Say goodbye to limitations and hello to a life where you can fully embrace each moment.

Recovering from gynecological and prostate cancer treatments can be a heavy toll for many clients, both physically and emotionally, as you work to regain control over your body and life. Pelvic floor therapy becomes a crucial component of this journey, addressing physical function, alleviating discomfort, and enhancing overall quality of life. They require a nuanced and holistic approach.
