Regarding online content from purchased courses, it shall remain available for 3 months (90 days of access) unless otherwise stated in the course content or purchasing information. Webinar access is granted for 24-48 hours unless otherwise stated. Please note that once access has ended the full fee would need to be paid to regain access.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages related to your use of The Pelvic Perspective’s services, including reminders, updates, or promotional offers.

Data Sharing: Your phone number will not be shared with any third parties or affiliate companies for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive text messages from The Pelvic Perspective, you may receive text messages related to: appointment reminders or changes, client/ patient inquiries or support, promotional messages and product updates that have been consented to.    

Message Frequency: 
Our SMS frequency will be from 50-100 texts daily across all users, as is necessary in response to patient inquiries or regarding communication related to appointment rescheduling or cancelation.  

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Many carriers charge a fee for each message sent or received. Message and data rates may apply based on your location, a domestic vs international text/SMS and your specific carrier. Please note that your carrier’s rates may apply based on your own specific SMS plans or packages.  

Opt-In Method:
Customers will Opt-In for SMS messaging from The Pelvic Perspective through the contact form located at https://www.thepelvicperspective.com/contact.  This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.  

Opt-in via our contact form reads “By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from JMM Health Solutions LLC d.b.a. The Pelvic Perspective. You may reply STOP to opt-out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Messages and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. For more information visit our Privacy Policy page.”  

Opt-out:
Customers will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from The Pelvic Perspective by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out they will receive no further SMS communication. They can Opt back In at any time by replying START. Customers may also contact us by phone or email info@thepelvicperspective.com to request an opt out to any communication methods.
